As the weather is getting nicer everyone is getting beach body ready or Summertime fine. While it would be awesome to go to the gym to gear up for the season, going to the gym is not a reality for me right now with our boys still being so young. For convenience I find it easiest to work out at home. Although most gyms do provide services for children at no additional cost. The time in which the services are available never seem to fit right with my schedule. It would be easy to give up and use that as an excuse but I had to find other measures to stay in shape. What we love most about this husband and wife duo is you feel like you have your very own personal trainer at your finger tips and in your home. The routines are very conscience and structured. They offer full length as well as 30 minute videos. The channel offers a variety of areas including Pilates, bodyweight, strength and circuit training, cardio, kettlebell, as well as kickboxing. During each session they offer a low impact version of the workouts for those with knee issues or problems jumping.
