Just like work makes exercise appointments at least four to six times per week, 20 to 60 minutes intervals each day at home, at the gym or outdoors. Make your routine specific, realistic and detailed in order to keep focus and maintain momentum. If you have a few minutes check out LA Fitness Get Back into it Work-Out.
